Very easy interview process for a role this competitive. 15-minute pre-screening interview, 45-minute interview with supervisor. Both interviews seemed to be a test of my conversation skills if nothing else.

great discussion. Very transparent. I enjoyed networking with the interviewers. I was very comfortable. I was asked about my career interests, my hobbies outside of a professional setting, and what I would like to gain from my experience.
