They set up a phone interview with me then emailed me an hour before the interview to reject me. They said how it was nice to talk with me about my experience int he email, which we didn’t even talk about because they stood me up.

Interview
Applied online, got a call from a recruiter for a 15 min phone interview. Got an in-person interview a few days later in the main building for a tour of exactly where id be working. Started two days after that.
