      Grievance and Appeals Coordinator Interview

      Oct 10, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WPS Health Solutions in Oct 2024

      Interview

1 hour phone interview (complete waste of time) In no way, shape or form should an initial interview for a position be 1 hour! It was ridiculous, the recruiter talked so slow, spent 20 minutes talking about the company (eyeroll) didn't really know anything about the position other than what was written down on his notes. The questions that were asked should have been left for the actual interview. A HR phone interview is just a pre screen not a full blown interview. They need to fix their hiring practices. I decided not to move forward based on what was told to me in the interview. They don't offer a real training for this real even though you would be learning all new health plans, just "shadowing" the manager. Absolutely not!! Setting you up to be stressed & overworked.
