I started out with a phone call from HR for a brief interview. After passing that interview they moved on to the in-person interview with the branch manager. You just want to be very personable with both the HR representative and the branch manager.
Phone screen with a recruiter. Followed up with a short in person interview. The followed up over email to let me know that I didn't get the position. Overall, they were very nice.

Phone screen, then in person interview. The people were kinder than most places I have interviewed. Make sure to dress the part, I felt underdressed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes, there were about 8 customer service related questions.

Very nice and professional . Excited to hopeful start working for them as I enjoy the banking world and help clients with financial needs. They offer good benefits. Pay Is ok. Hrs are nice with weekends off.
