Interview
- scenario based question, ordering what tasks you would complete first and you have to give reasoning as to why you chose that order
- general questions about yourself and why I want to work at Waitrose, why would I be a good fit for their team
Group interview with scenario based questions. Was with a group of maybe five other people we all had to say our individual answers. Also had to work together to rank a list of work based scenarios from most to least important
The interview was quite long, the first stage being an online questionnaire, then a group interview where you had different tasks and had to present followed by a 1 to 1 with management.
A few online situational questions then a short in person interview when asked what would i do if a customer asked me where are the baked beans. The whole process was simple and easy to complete
