Interview
Completing an online questionnaire followed by an in person interview if you completed the questionnaire correctly eg. What would you do in this situation ? However many of the situations were not relevant to the job i was applying to
start with a group interview where you get given a task and you’re assessed on how you communicate with others at the table then followed by a 1-1 interview which was mainly situational questions based on experience
Asked questions about when you have shown a value such as leadership. Also have to complete a group tasks in which you need to contribute your opinions. Their isnt really a correct answer.

Interview
Very friendly but thorough interview process, i enjoyed the process and did not find it too stressful. There are a mixture of tasks to complete online which give you an insight into the role.
