Group interview and then 1 to 1
Group interview - was in group of 6 and had to discuss how we would carry out tasks- make sure you speak up
1to1 - pretty standard interview questions
Group task followed by solo interview. In group task we were asked how to wouls prioritise a list of tasks. Solo interview was as standard as can be expected, very simple. Overall took around 1hr-1hr30.

Taken in for a 5 minute conversation, they asked my availability and my experience, interviewer told me the job was easy and I was practically guaranteed the role provided I was somewhat competent

Describe a past challenge you've had in the retail sector?
applitude test and ranking importance, followed by a few personality questions that were easily accessible. Ranking different scenarios in order of importance was slightly challenging but overall the interview is not that difficult.
