Went in on the day (10 minutes late) and got involved in a group interview. Various magic shopper scenarios, and we discussed as a group what actions we would take in light of the review. Then one-on-one interviews, just generally talking about yourself, why Waitrose etc. One question asked was: "If a customer brought back a bag of Waitrose apples with no receipt and asked for a refund, what would you do?"
