A Group interview was conducted answering questions about a scenario, followed by an individual interview with the group leader. The Group interview consisted of a 20 minute preparation time with the others to plan our presentation answers (the group leaders listened in on this discussion), then a 5 minute presentation of what we discussed to the Group leaders. The individual interview was more to talk about your personal skills and get to know you better 1:1.
