Everyone in the room good a job except one person who was clearly incapable of doing said job.
Standard interview with behavioural type questions. There was also a group interview where they focused on team building exercises. It was quite easy. Everyone in the room got the job except one person.

Online assessment followed by one to one interview involving completing a written set of scenarios and going through the answers with the interviewer. Not too formal need to dress smartly for best chance.
