Q: share about a time that you had a challenge with a student or parent and how did you overcome that?
There is an online application that is filled out and submitted. Then I was contacted to set up a Zoom or in-person interview. At the interview, I met with a panel of interviewers consisting of members of the administration team, someone from the grade level, and reading specialists/interventionists.
1 interview, heard back the following week. Very thorough interview with scenario based questions. It lasted about 30 minutes. Clear communication on what the next steps would be and when I would hear back.
