Group interview with three other candidates and two interviewers. Easy, standard questions about experience in customer service, hypothetical situations, etc.
My experience with HR was subpar. He was uncomfortable and unenthusiastic when he called for the phone screen. He gave me his personal cell phone number and then emailed me to invite me for an interview. He told me the wrong day and time for the interview over the phone, and then in the email did not restate the time of the interview, which resulted in me showing up at the time he had told me over the phone, but no one knew why I was there at that time. The email contained a line telling me I'd been selected for an interview and then a few sentences of copy/pasted parking instructions that didn't apply to me since I wouldn't be driving to the interview, and that's it. No time/date confirmation and no alternate instructions if I wasn't driving and parking in their garage.
Once I showed up at the time and date he had told me and we figured out the problem, he told me a time and date in person, and then after I left emailed me again to change the time. Once that was confirmed I received a generic, official interview invite from a Walker Art Center HR address, with more details but still containing only instructions for how to park there.
