Walker Cole International interview questions

Initial phone conversation with HR (30 mins) followed by in person interview with director (1.5 hours). During the second interview I was told that employees are expected to work 10-11 hours a day and stay in the office late most days. I was also told "everyone's happy to do it because they get pizza", which was pretty shocking. According to the director and HR a lot of former employees faced mental health issues and burnouts and were laid off because they "couldn't keep up".

This interview process consisted of an initial phone conversation, video interview and a final interview in the London office. Very quick and easy process, very friendly staff, overall a pleasant experience.
