Walton Insurance Group interview questions

Personal lines manager seemed unorganized. During the interview she had disparaging comments about other staff members. The description of pay was poorly executed. It was said to be 20% commission. A producer would expect to get 20% of what they sold. In reality, it was 20% of what the agencies commission was. This was not found out until the first commission check. When questioning it, the management team was annoyed and appeared angry they were being questioned.
