One call from HR, second call with HR and Lead Engineer, test work, fly to Minsk, interviews in Minsk with Lead and HR and after that i get an offer.
HR always was friendly, but interviewing Lead not.

Standart questions about data structures, algorythms and others.
The initial interview was fast, pleasant, and not stressful at all. Job was explained, details and requirements too. After discussing the options, I was not able to proceed due to personal reasons, but I was given a possibility to contact interviewer when the opportunity arises.

Home assignment - quite typical, with an adequate freedom of implementation. Onsite interview with questions from various engineering topics. Fast process, not exausting. People are friendly and tend to help you with finding right answers. No whiteboarding!
