in 5 minutes recruiter was able to decide :s I did not even make long sentences only replied to his questions, did not have any chance to explain my skills, I was very very excited to be a consultant and join gaming industry, instead of 5 just spare your 10 minutes and show more respect!

The interview with HR went well. Common questions. HR promised to return with feedback by the end of the week and kept their promise. In the feedback, they outlined the reasons why I was rejected, and although I disagree with these reasons, thanks for the detailed answer.
- Common questions about experience, skills and desired salary

Recruiter and technical interviews were great. Nice people, interesting questions. But an interview with a hiring manager was very strange. At the second part of it I randomly learned that I got rejected based on the technical interview(one week ago), and he proposed a position one grade lower than in my current company. It's unclear why they couldn't tell it in advance, so everybody could save time. I guess that if I didn't ask questions, he wouldn't tell me at all. Also in my view hiring manager's expectations are unrealistic, because they are looking for a person who is very proficient in both science and engineering, but these people mostly go to FAANG, OpenAI, or other top-tier companies with better conditions, or create startups.
- What is an autoregressive model?

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wargaming
First contacted by recruiter. Average interview: relaxed, friendly. Second interview with lead artist, also very relaxed: questions about my job experience, software expertise, process etc. I'm been given a test artwork (unpaid, of course), which I deliver in the agreed 7 days. Less than 24 hours later I get asked to participate in a third interview: I'm told that the management wants to conclude screening all the candidates by the end of the week, which was in two days. I was traveling abroad with only my cell phone with me. I asked for some days so to gain a more stable connection, but they reiterate they wanted to be done by Friday, so I end up attending the final interview by phone and without time to get prepared. Interviewers were friendly, gave encouranging feedback and praised my work. The same day I received a message by the recruiter that I have been rejected because thwy wanted someone with more professional experience. Highly unprofessional behavior. If my previous experience was what counted they could have saved me a week of unpaid work to produce an artwork. I was rushed into a final interview that was likely superfluous given the immediate rejection.

I went to interview back in 2021. It was positive experience. I had an call with HR, where they asked me about my salary expectations and other questions about my experience. Then I received a written task and then had another interview with hiring team. Everything was online and everyone was nice.
- I don't remember exactly, but my previous experience with social media etc.

*Misleading info from recruiter *They expect you to work for 30k CZK Gross in the most expensive city in Central EU... *Gross salary expectations is the ONLY thing they care about = Do everything and earn nothing... minimum life expenses in Prague for 1 person is 40k CZK NET... They offered me max 35k CZK Gross *I'm not recommending to work for them if you have less than 2 years of experience = competitive salary is not what you'll find here!

Smooth, friendly, but very slow recruiting. Not too terrible overall. The recruiter was professional enough, then two interviews with hiring managers and dept heads and later the offer waiting. After the offer was made the process went fast, HR works very smooth.
- Relocation to Prague was very important.
