Had to complete a math problem and then explain how I would teach it. Then was asked questions by all interviewers such has history teaching, my pros and cons, how do I teach to different levels of students, etc.

Interview
WCPS usually has 5-8 members on an interview team. Members can be the school principal, vice principal, grade level teachers, department staff, etc. When you are called back you will be handed an interview sheet with 7-9 questions. You are instructed to read the questions and let the interviewers know when you are ready to begin. Sometimes they put a timer out and judge you based on using too much or not enough time.
