I interviewed at Waste and Resources Action Programme (London, England)
Interview
After the initial application (CV and cover letter) there was an initial interview with the department head and another senior figure from a different team. The questions focused on motivations, experience and specific examples of relevant work.
Following that interview there was a task and a second interview, this time with the director, where the task was presented and discussed before moving into more questions relating to experience and ability. Some of the questions were the same as the initial interview.
Nothing surprising came up. It wasnt confronting or intimidating.

Interview
A simple two part interview after submitting my CV and answering four detailed questions. First more formal with competency based questions. Second more relaxed, final questions, more of a 'chemistry call' than anything else

Interview
The interview process was straight forward with regular updates and clear feedback at the end.
There were two interviews with different people from the team and decision makers (one or two people interviewing) and they really appreciated questions about the project and general goals of the company.
