Weil Gotshal interview questions

I recently interviewed for an assistant manager position. The process took about 3 weeks. I had a recruiter screen followed by a 2-hour in-person interview with 4 team members. All of the conversations were pleasant, but unfortunately, I was ghosted by the organization. This is my first time being ghosted by a company after an interview, and it left a bad taste in my mouth as a candidate. During the interview, the recruiter let me know they weren't interviewing many people at this stage, so I would have appreciated some communication. I did not even get a rejection letter.

HR shows me around the office and introduces me to partners. Then interview. No lunch, which is good. Great. Nice people. Smart and genuine. Good location. How can it be better.
