Interview was tough but interesting at the same time. Panel was pragmatic and professional. The interview questions were character, personality as well as technical. Leadership and interpersonal skills were tested as I was going to be dealing with a lot of customers from different backgrounds and different company sizes. The approach is different as the management styles are also different in the company sizes

Interview
Face to face interview with competency questions on first stage discussing your skills and weaknesses.
Second stage is interview with directors to discuss salary offer; seems first stage interview is the one you need to succeed in to get the role.
