Wellspring Philanthropic Fund interview questions

Wellspring hired an external search firm to help with the hiring process, so I initially interviewed with the search consultant. When I passed the first screening, the team asked me to complete a pretty extensive questionnaire that would help paint a good picture of my skill sets and background. I then interviewed with the team at Wellspring. The process was straightforward, though the timeline constantly shifted.

The interview process is fairly intense. I went through 3 rounds of interviews; first with the hiring manager, then with internal stakeholders, and finally 2 separate interviews with various members of leadership. Time-wise, they varied from 30-minute conversations up to 1 hour each.
