I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Werner Enterprises in Sep 2015
Interview
First interview on Ohio state campus after career fair. Basically talked about myself then was told about the company and TMT program. Second interview on the phone with an overseer of TMT program. Had me go over my resume step by step then she talked about the program. Will be going to a facility and shadowing a transportation manager soon. No offer yet. There will probably be another interview sometime after the shadow.

Maybe a little pressing at times such as demanding the total expected compensation 2 pages into the application page. Do research before putting in these numbers! They will try to leverage you.

Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews and was offered the job about a month after the last one. It was a little more laid back than I was expecting but still challenging.

I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Werner Enterprises (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
The interview process was pretty effortless on my part. I dropped off my resume at a university career fair and spoke to a recruiter for a total of about five minutes in the spring. Early October came around and I got an email from a different recruiter asking to speak to me about the position. So a phone screen was set up for a few days later. The phone screen itself consisted of the recruiter describing the position and asking some background questions. After the phone screen, I was asked to set up a video interview which took place the next week. The video interview placed me in front of a panel of four people, namely the recruiter that I have been talking to and the VP of dedicated service. I though the interview was pretty easy, focusing mainly on background questions, how does your experience align with this position, stuff like that. There was an odd ball question about a brick in a wall but that was about it as far as behavioral questions were concerned. After the interview, I waited about two weeks, with a thank you and check-in email in between, before getting the obligatory "Thanks, but no thanks" emails. The one thing they did mention about this process is that they try to line up about 40 interviews for the trainee position and eventually hire 14 of those 40 per cycle.
