      Ux Analyst Interview

      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wesco (Madison, WI)

      Interview

Initial screening with a couple of basic interview questions like tell me about yourself and who is your hero. I made sure to hit keywords in the job ad and was moved on to the second interview which was 45-minutes long with the manager. This second interview was mostly technical with a few personality questions thrown in to gauge culture fit. I was told by the end of this interview I was one of two finalists. About a week later I had the third and final interview with the same manager from interview 2 as well as his boss. It was scheduled for 30 minutes but only lasted 20-25. They were both very professional, warm and personable. Right at the start they let me know that this interview is more behavioral since my technical skills had already been vetted. Although it was not really a technical interview, I did learn a lot more technical details about the role and the technology I would be working with, as well as the structure of the team and the upcoming goals. By the end of the third interview I felt knowledgable in what my job would entail if I accepted the position, which is not something I can say about many interviews I've had. They were clear and professional the whole way through. A little less than a week later I got an offer with a comp 15k higher than what I had asked for. Needless to say I was very happy and accepted.
