West Midlands Pension Fund interview questions

Nice straight forward interview. Didn’t expect me to be an expert in pensions prior to the role. Interviewer was friendly and staff made me feel welcome and very relaxed. They asked the interview basics form your strengths and weaknesses to how are you a team player. Also have a little knowledge on the company. A few sentences will suffice.

Positive experience very professional I was in regular contact with WMPF throughout the process. Office is very nice, panel were friendly and professional. Questions were relevant and fair panel made me feel at ease
