Westbury Bank interview questions

Horrible experience with the new CFO who wanted to focus all his questions on my current company. He was not asking questions regarding my specific HR experience, which made it clear that he was not genuinely interested. I was incredibly uninterested by the middle of the interview due to his interview style. After a complete waste of 25 minutes, I was told I would hear back the following week and was completely ghosted. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. After talking to the CFO I didn’t want the call back because I would never want to work for someone like him, but I feel it’s important to share. I also think it speaks volumes that the HR manager that had been with the company for many years left within a short time of the new CFO starting. Do better, don’t ghost candidates, and learn how to ask true interview questions or don’t waste peoples time.
