I applied on line. Received a phone call to come in and do an interview in person. Then I was asked to do a quiz on line for HR. Very shortly there after I was hired and just as quickly started new position.

First completed a phone interview which was about it half an hour and then set up an in person interview a week later. They asked for references and got an offer about a week and a half later.

Questions about my past jobs, why I wanted to get into insurance. Also lots of questions about my attention to details. There was one person asking me questions over the phone
