From the time you fill out the application to meeting with the initial Mgr is fairly very quick. Once the Initial Mgr. has determined if they feel you may be a good fit you will do a few quick tests. After those tests are complete and passing you will then go for a drug and back ground check. Then from there you will have a phone interview with a third party to determine if they feel you are a good fit for the organization. When all of this has been cleared you will then be asked to come back for a final interview. This will be the final point in the process where it will be determined if the company and yourself are a good fit for each other.
