What Goes Around Comes Around interview questions

There was an initial phone screening with HR followed by two interviews. The first was a zoom interview and the second was an in person interview. After the interviews were done, they said they’d get back to me with a decision in about a week. I waited two months before finally hearing back from them saying that they forgot to respond to me (which I found hard to believe) and that they’d like to consider me for the role. They then said they would send me an offer letter, but they never sent one over. I followed up with them two times after but never got a response from them. Frankly, they were very unprofessional in this process considering I was a legitimate candidate for the role and even went in person to conduct an interview. I feel like at the very least they could have given me a response. I don’t understand why they said they’d offer me a role and then just ghost me. I think it is a reflection on how they view potential employees and see them as replaceable. Even if they were to send me an offer after this, I would not work for a place that treats people in this manner.

The interview process was easy and informative. They are very honest and open about what qualifications you need for the job and what the job entails. They know what type of person they want. Both interviewers were very nice and answered all my questions.
