I provided my availability, contacted the recruiter back and was totally ignored. We are connected on LinkedIn. I followed back up to see if I can reapply. Still no answer. I recently received a rejection email from this company a few months back. This startled me given I applied and received a email to interview more than one year and a half ago. This is the reason I am disappointed. Some bias, discrimination, black balling going on it appears. I am not a bad hire nor worker.
