Explain how you were able to manage conflict within your team
Really chilled out, wasn’t mechanical and didn’t feel forced. Best interview experience I’ve had. I’m normally very nervous but the deputy manager really put me at ease and I got the job which is rare as I normally get too nervous to answer the questions well. I’ve heard great things about the team at premier and have my first day soon
