Firstly they call you to see what date your available to come in and then on the day you come in you go to their room and then they will ask you typical interview questions

Asked a series of basic questions, what is your experience, why do you want to work here, what do you know about us etc. and then did a trial where i helped out staff on the shop floor for around 15 minutes

Sit down chat for 30 mins, we spoke about my previous experience and I was asked scenario questions for the working in the shop. Spoke then about my availability to work.
