I interviewed at White Stuff (Belfast, Northern Ireland)
Interview
Felt very at ease throughout the interview process. Manager was really lovely and explained role expectations.
Interview itself was approximately half an hour and was about 6 questions in length. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at White Stuff
Interview
20/30 min teams call
90 min in person interview
Was told if successful would be a 3rd interview to attend after
I asked what next steps would look like, was told that I’d find out the following Monday/Tuesday.
Tuesday comes - I’ve not heard, I reach out via email to confirm my contact details and say I hope stores have had a great weekend.
Nothing.
A week later - still nothing.
The bare minimum you owe people is courtesy. Disgusted.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at White Stuff (Buxton, East Midlands, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
3 stage interview.
1st was a 30 minute phone call with the Cluster Manager - basically just a chit chat about your cv etc.
2nd was an in person interview with the same person followed by a floor walk of the store - more in depth questions but very chill and easy going
3rd was a video call with the Regional Manager - again even more in depth questions really getting down to whether you'd be a good fit.
The questions were more worded like a conversation unlike some employers where it feels like an interrogation
