Asked to come in to the face to face interview after initial call and task but it was clear they had no interest in proceeding as the people interviewing had no visibility of earlier initial interview. Waste of time for everyone

Awful, unfriendly and difficult boss. Not a good interview process. Try explaining things properly and not expecting people to answer what you think. Also not a good system management. Bad time to do that.
