Phone interview and then brought in for an in-person. The overall manager, was distracted, rude, and didn't seem to have the attention span or want to speak or actually interview me even though he knew that I drive an hour and a half to be there, on time I should mention. I can't prepared and excited, however he was watching the clock and again very rude and short. He passed me off after a half hour to the production manager, who got straight to asking prohibited interview questions that violate U.S Equal Employment Opportunity Commission laws and standards... involving whether I was married, how old i am, how many children do I have and how old are they. All questions that are discriminatory and show intent to deny employment on discriminatory practices.
