Pretty straightforward. Asked me about myself and basic customer service questions and what I would do if I was in a certain situation.
They are all about making sure you are willing to assist and fully accommodate customers (young, old, foreign, etc). It is important to show that you can provide "world-class customer service"
Took no longer than 10-15 minutes.
