I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at WinCo Foods (Riverside, CA) in Aug 2015
Interview
One on one interview, the manager just took me for a walk and asked me a few questions and apprised me of the position requirements. It is a crap job for crap pay, what else do you expect from a company that is open 24 hours a day, why not just be more like Walmart and close at 12:00.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to work here, how would you handle an angry customer?
The interviewer asked me barely any questions, it was so short it was completely baffling. Though I guess the interviewer was nice so it was okay I suppose, just surprising. (May have had something to do with my age at the time)

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to do something you didn't know how to do?
Easy straight forward. Simple basic interview questions show up on time. Relaxed setting dressed business casual. Interview was about 10 minutes maybe less. Asked if I was willing to work 40 hours and work holidays.

Very well done, good questions pertaining to the job and team work skills. The interviewer was very polite and informative. I was asked to explain how I would handle certain situations.
