Met with a software manager (mid-level) and a project manager (also mid-level manager). Was asked a very short set of questions about my resume. Total interview time indicates that they were not very interested in me, perhaps because they expected the job titles and job responsibilities for anyone they interview to center 95% or more around C++, which appears to be the only language they care about during interviews. Their in-house recruiter has different criteria than their SDMs in reading resumes. They elected to not even give me any technical interview (conducted with a developer) and they used the cover-story that all their developers were away.
