Interview process was quick and easy. It was also very engaging, fun and laid back but also still serious. I would definitely say this has been the best process I’ve had.

I met with the district manager at a Starbucks next to the store. She was nice. Interview was short but detailed. She asked me about 6-7 questions, all job related. She offered me the position right away.

Little communication and direction during and after interview process / accepting job. No direction which led to ultimately changing mind about accepting and once again job searching. If there is little communication in the finding of the job I feel as if the job itself will be the same.
