WingArc Technologies interview questions

First, they have asked me my background. When I answered that I did my Bachelor's degree in US, they were surprised and looked on my resume, which was already sent and printed at their end. It means that I was called in for the interview but yet they weren't even looking at my CV at all. It was really bizarre.
