Interview
I was called the evening before to see if I could come in the next day. I got to the interview, told them my availability, and was offered a job shortly after.
Casual interview, just asked basic interview questions with no questions about experience or requirements. Could tell it was just routine and an offer was incoming, as they were down on employees.
Basic questions you'd expect in an interview. The process was quick and simple too. The job was offered on the spot and I did not have to wait to hear back from the company.
