Wisconsin Mutual Insurance interview questions

Very informal. More of a discussion than an interview. The President and H/R manager/Receptionist participate in the interview. It is unlike any interview I have ever been to. It was very unexpected. Had I known more about their process I would have prepared a lot more speaking terms. I am accustomed to a question and answer interview. This was a discussion of business and seemed more like a sit down at a bar type of discussion. Many references to another position they are considering promoting which lead me to believe I was simply a formality which perhaps is why the style was such and there never really was an opening to speak of. Personally, in hind sight, I am a little disappointed as my time is also valuable.
