Interview
Got rejected after an interview with PC, they never respect people to give them a chance to meet their HR in person Via Zoom...ETC , instead you will be asked to go through HireVue where you should be an actor not a normal person and record your response to a five HR questions only for one time which is unfruitful .
In addition to 5 written questions related to customer support in banking the questions and the key to solve them is to have a banking background. However their declared requirements doesn't include any experience in fintech domain , which is disappointing for those who have the passion to learn and grow.

Interview
The interview process took a month. They made me complete two tasks. The first one was in English (the position I had applied for), and then when they learned I was a native Spanish speaker they asked me to complete a test in Spanish. Then a week later I had an interview with two HR people. They asked about me, they were very friendly. A week after that I had the final interview with the manager. He wasn't as friendly, and the whole time it felt like he was wanting me to fail and pushing for different answers than what I was giving him. Hours later they sent an e-mail saying they didn't feel I was the right candidate for a position in the English speaking team, and that they didn't have any open positions in the Spanish team either. The position for the Spanish speaking team still shows up on LinkedIn, though.

Read the FAQ. All through internet, they used a AI backed tool that can rate people based on their expressions and speed of talking and humbleness or something like that. They did say they do not use the AI part to make decisions for them and that a real person looks at every interview. Homework was right after and I did read glassdoor bud i didnt know to prepare with reading the FAQ in advancce, there is no time finding the answers during the interview process. They didnt tell to go through FAQ as far as i remeõber
