We understand that preparing for interviews is important. While we don’t typically provide interview questions in advance, we do aim to support candidates wherever possible. As part of our process, we invite all candidates to let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time if they have any specific needs or requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Very easy if you have worked in care before and you know what they’re looking for. Scenario based questions about keeping the child safe and what you would do in that situation.

Very straightforward process from the application to onboarding. The job description was explained to detail and the interviewer made sure I understood. Also given the opportunity to compose myself before responding.
