Interview
The first thing that got my attention was that the job description considered a timeline with the things the candidate would be doing across the weeks. I found that very descriptive and helpful, so I decided to apply.
The thing is that I was really at the final stages of the interviewing processes with other companies. But during the first call I got encouraged to at least try.
So, to summarize the process:
1. I applied to the job and got a reply on the same day. That surprised me in a really good way.
2. During the first phone call we mostly talked about my background to see if I could be a good fit. The call was really nice, I felt comfortable at all times, and all my questions got perfectly answered.
3. Even though I was busy, they sent me a Take Home Test. I gave it a try but that same week I had several onsite interviews with companies I had been interviewing with for about a month. So I let them know I couldn't continue with the process.
4. They replied back immediately letting me know they understood.
Overall, I think it's been the most positive interaction I've ever had during the interviewing process. It turns out that I didn't close any of the other interviewing processes, so I even dared to write back at Woebot to see if the position was still available.
It wasn't, but they made the effort to kindly reply to me. I love their transparency. The interviewing process is totally aligned with what you'd expect about a company that pursues to make quality mental health care more accessible to everyone.

It was a Take Home Test related to the product and position. Empathy text classification, which is a really cool topic!
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Woebot Health (Dublin, Dublin) in Mar 2020
Interview
I applied to Woebot with reference to an advertisement on my University's career portal. Initially, a meeting was set up with the Talent Acquisition manager to discuss about the role and how far it aligns with my skillset. I did not meet few technical requirements and this made it very fair to not be a perfect fit for this role. I liked the fact that the company was very specific with it's technical requirements and upfront with the hiring process.
