      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wold Architects and Engineers (Saint Paul, MN) in Jun 2024

      Interview

Typical 20 minute phone screen with the recruiter and was then invited for an in-person or zoom interview. I was interviewed by a member of the operations team, the operations manager as well as the CFO. Questions were primarily about my education with some about my work experience. There weren't any notable curve ball questions. We then discussed my questions about the company and the operations team, I felt it was a productive interview.

      Question 1

What was your most difficult course in college and why?

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Wold Architects and Engineers (New York, NY) in Sep 2020

      Interview

So, I applied for a position with this company. I get an email from HR that they would like to have a 30 minute interview. I sent the HR person my available days and times, and she goes ghost for a week. No response, nothing. I follow up and then this new HR person tells me the last lady who held the position left and so she'll be conducting the interview instead (meaning that if I hadn't reached out, I wouldn't know if I was still being considered). No apologies whatsoever. During the interview, I could see that this new lady was not prepared because she didn't know what questions to ask. I'm glad I didn't get the offer. Thanks for making a big joke out of me.
