There was a single phone screen with a recruiter, and then I interviewed with the structural department manager who was very nice. It was very straight forward with questions about my experience and goals. There were no technical questions or exams.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Wood (Houston, TX) in May 2016
Interview
Face to face interview, there were three engineering managers in the interview panel. The questions were straightforward. The company looks for good experienced engineers who can quickly pick up the work and contribute from day one.
