Interview
You would have to go through quite a few levels and/or types of interview in order to get shortlisted to the final. It began with a basic email interview (sent through to an overseas office), then another email interview and phone interview with the local HR staff (who’s stationed at the local office). They would then decide whether or not to put you through to the final. The questions asked for all stages were very thorough and it did seem like they are being extra careful.
The interview was a quick and straightforward interview. Prepared a professional portfolio and walked the interviewer through the works quickly. The entire interview took less than an hour. I got news within a week.
