I applied online and within a couple of days received an invitation group interview.
The group interview was simple and was about getting to know the company, management and potential peers.
After the group interview I was invited back to a one-on-one interview in which I was offered the job.

I was asked very straightforward questions for example When you are available, what days and hours why do you want to work for Woolworths. I was given an aptitude test to complete in a set time

Interview
Longer than most, but not too long. Not too nerve-racking as the interviewee was very kind and actually quite relatable. Questions were not too difficult and I obtained the job.
