Work At Home Vintage Experts interview questions

I had a very odd experience. The woman who interviewed me did not seem to have any background or understanding of claims handling. I went over my experience, education, licensing and job history. I was then emailed a link to their site and completed the online application. There was no "save" or "submit" button. I followed up with an email and received a response that they had "gone ahead and submitted" the completed application to their site. I was then sent a link to do some "assessment testing" described to me as a way to evaluate my skills, and there was no pass/fail of any of the tests. There was a computer skills assessment, involving researching google for some information and then cutting and pasting that information into an email. How to send an email reply and bcc another, Excel spreadsheet test; and a math and reading comprehension test. The final test was a typing speed test--all stuff that is not a test of anyone's technical claims handling. All in all, it was about 2 hours. I received a call from the original person I had the phone interview with telling me I failed all of the tests especially the computer skills. She said that I didn't know how to perform basic computer functions, like minimizing a word doc. Excuse me? Anyone, anywhere who had worked in any industry in the last 20 years has basic computer skills. All of my jobs in the last 20 years have been web based and I am very knowledgeable working in a variety of paperless claims systems. I know how to cut and pasted, enter notes in the system, upload photos and other documents, research on the internet. It really sounded like this person herself has no skill set.

Ridiculous. If you have 30 years experience, they require that you list each job and dates plus job duties etc to prove you have that many years experience. This takes forever with their application system that generates it's own resume.
