Bangalore, India I got a call from a consultancy "Synergy Web Tech" about the position with Workfusion. They told me list of 'good' things like work-from-home option, CTC no constraint, startup environment, team member from reputed organisations etc. After checking the company profile, I was little hesitated to proceed, but for learning purpose I will try. They scheduled my interview and the schedule is so inconvenient(during weekend and holiday). I am able to reach 3rd round of the interview process, below is my experience: --First round was with one junior guy who ask basic question on problem solving, java, sql etc, projects and all that --Second round was with some mid-senior guy, he asked about my projects, why Workfusion etc, then design questions. The 1st and 2nd lasted about an hour each and it was not tough either. --3rd round, it was with the Senior Guy, he talked with so strong fake accent that you cannot understand and need to ask him to repeat many times. I can immediately sense his unprofessionalism. He started with the Workfusion profile and the nature of the work. He then ask me to talk about my past professional experience and questioned on the past 3 companies and why I jump, he then asked about my CTC and expectation. I told him my expectation and told him that I have also communicated to the Consultancy before I take up this interview. I also asked about the current team, WFH option and all the information provided to me by the consultancy, NONE of them are true. He said he is not happy that I change in these 3 companies and told me abruptly that he is done with the interview. I immediately sense the unprofessionalism in him. Why would I reach 3rd round if my profile clearly say I have jumped 3 companies and why they shortlisted when they don't have the budget for my expected CTC. Next day, the Consultancy informed me that they are not considering my profile without giving any reason. To my curiosity, I check the Senior Guy profile and "LO and BEHOLD", its some dude who work in 5 companies in the last 5 years, he rejected me because I work in 3 companies in 8 years!! Advice to everyone, the consultancy provide ALL FALSE information and don't waste your time attending their interview if your CTC is >15 LPA Advice to Workfusion India, don't be so ambitious, please screen the candidates properly, know your CTC constraint, a candidate who work in 'N' companies will mention that information in his resume, so when you called for interview don't tell that why "you jump N companies" so much when your own Senior Guy has worked in 5 companies in last 5 years!!
